can i sell a replica rolex on ebay if i don’t mention anything about it?

You’d likely get reported and the auction would be ended… you can try it and see.

People do it with purses all the time, however if the buyer receives it and realizes it was fake, then you could get into a lot of trouble and at the very least have to refund the whole purchase and shipping price. BTW, I wouldn’t bother selling it because I’ve gotten screwed over on items before and have always gotten my money back. Not good for you.

you are setting yourself up for a lot of problems attempting to do that and NOT identifying the make or model of it - if it IS a counterfeit Rolex, then it is illegal to sell it no matter what you say or don’t say
