It’s illegal to sale if it has their logo because its a registered trademark. But if it doesn’t have their logo its fine.

Are you calling it “Tiffany” jewelry? Then yes. But if it’s like “Booberto” jewlry, then it’s not. It’s just a look-a-like.

Not legal, but, the authentic tiffany jewelry is a little bit expensive.
