If trading standards catch you they do stuff like confiscating your personal assets. Avoid.

You can’t have a structured answer - it is illegal and that is that. They all eventually get caught - the problem is as soon as they catch one another will start up to replace him - so they will always be there.
If you want to be one of them, just remember that you will eventually get caught.

It’s illegal if you say the items are real when they aren’t.
A lot of the ipod adverts actually don’t say what they are you see the picture and it look like an ipod so that’s what people think they are but buried deep in the description it says they are i68 or something like that.
Either that or the sellers are very careful to not sell in their home country the adverts may look local but they are dropshipping from abroad, the seller never touches the product so when trading standards come a knocking there’s no fake goods to be found.
