okay so i’ve been an ebay buyer for a while now and have decided to become a seller. I have a few extremely good louis vuitton handbags that i was looking to get rid of. Is it legal on ebay to sell replicas as long as it is in the listing and you are not trying to rip the person off? Im not looking to pass them off as authentic at all and will be upfront about that but i just dont want my account blocked.

of course just be honest! tell in the listing that they are replicas and you’ll have no problem. Only downfall is you may not get too much money for them. Good luck though!

when you list the item to be sold you will have to confirm it is not a fake! you won’t get blocked as long as you’re not selling it fake! don’t worry

I don’t think you are “allowed” to, but I also think that if you state it VERY clearly, no one will report you and have it removed.

I don’t believe they allow the sale of any fake merchandise.
If you were to used the name Louis Vuitton, it would be a trademark infringment even if you had the word fake after it. It is profiting from the use of a name which did not design the bag.
